Why we expect Damian Lillard and Jusuf Nurkic to get back on track vs. Magic
Blazers look to snap losing streak
The Trail Blazers have had two days of practice since Portland dropped a close game to the Clippers on Sunday night, 104-100. The Blazers were unable to overcome a 38-16 deficit in the third quarter to beat the Clippers. Damian Lillard had 30 points and six rebounds in the loss. Portland is now looking to snap a three-game losing streak.
X-Rays negative on Jusuf Nurkic’s shoulder
In Sunday’s game against the Clippers, Jusuf Nurkic suffered a right shoulder contusion and did not play in the second half. After practice on Tuesday, Nurkic told the media that his shoulder is feeling better and that he will probably play in Wednesday’s game. The x-rays on his shoulder came back negative. Nurkic only participated in non-contact drills in Tuesday’s practice.
Magic coming off a tough loss

The Trail Blazers have listed Seth Curry (gastroenteritis) as probable for Wednesday’s game vs. Magic.
For the Magic, Timofey Mozgov (right knee) is out and Aaron Gordon (lower back) is questionable for Wednesday’s contest.
