The Seattle Seahawks are currently one of just a handful of undefeated teams left in the NFL.
Seattle is on a bye week this week, but the fellow-undefeated Tennessee Titans weren't.
Tennessee took on the Houston Texans on Sunday and remained undefeated with a 42-36 overtime thriller.
When the game was over, the Titans received some unexpected support from the Pacific Northwest.
Don't do it DK!
The Seattle Seahawks star receiver professed his support for the Titans and fans were a little riled up.
Don't fret, Seahawks fans, there is a perfectly reasonable explanation for Metcalf showing love for the Titans.
Tennessee wide receiver A.J. Brown had a big game with five receptions for 56 yards and two touchdowns.
Brown went to Ole Miss where he was teammates with Metcalf forming one of the best wide receiver duos in the nation.
The two went on to both be drafted in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft and have a friendship that is still running strong.
So, no. Metcalf wasn't sending a veiled message that he wants out of Seattle or that Tennessee is his favorite team.
Not at all.
Metcalf was just showing support for one of his best friends.
That is something even the Seahawks fans can get behind.
