For his performance against Washington on Sunday, Seattle Seahawks punter Michael Dickson earned his second Special Teams Player of the Week award this season.
This is the fifth time this season a Seattle Seahawk has been given an NFC Player of the Week honor.
In the 20-15 win over Washington, Dickson punted four times with a net average of 51 yards. All four of his punts were downed inside the 20-yard line.
Dickson was named Special Teams Player of the Week in Week 2, where he had a lot of punts inside the 20-yard line.
Along with Dickson, Seahawks Russell Wilson and linebacker Bobby Wagner have also earned NFC honors for Seattle this year.
This is Dickson’s third time being named Player of the Week in his career, having earned one in Week 8 of 2018.
