Russell Wilson and Ciara are the ultimate power couple goals.
The Seattle Seahawks QB and pop star were recently one of three couples featured in GQ’s “Modern Love” relationship issue. Over Valentine’s Day, the Wilsons sat down to open up about their marriage in a fun relationship quiz, and let’s just say, things got deep very quickly.
During the ultimate relationship knowledge test, Ciara asked her husband a plethora of questions from what her favorite meal is to who her biggest musical influence was growing up.
But things got real when the 32-year-old QB was asked what his biggest fear was, and surprisingly enough, it didn’t have a single thing to do with the football field.
“Is it L-O-S-I-N…?” Ciara says. Before she could finish spelling the word, Wilson smiled at his wife and said, “yes, losing you.”
That is arguably the cutest thing we’ve ever heard, or Wilson is extremely smooth with his words. Either way, Wilson scored some major points with that answer.
The Wilsons began dating in 2015 before tying the knot 1 year later. Together the two have a three-year-old daughter, Sienna Princess, and son, Win Harrison, who they gave birth to in July 2020. Russell is also the stepfather to 6-year-old Future Zahir, who was only nine months when they first met.
The superstar couple opened up about what it takes to make a successful marriage despite being equally ambitious in GQ’s latest issue.
“Every day that I wake up, that’s always my priority,” Wilson said. “To show up and be there and to love.”
