Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett left the open portion of practice Monday after sustaining what looks to be a right leg injury.
Per NBCS Northwest’s Joe Fann, Lockett spent some time with the Seahawks training staff before sitting out of the end of practice with ice on his right leg.
Fann reports Lockett’s apparent injury doesn’t appear to be of grave concern, but it is certainly something to monitor in the coming days.
The six-year pro finished 2019 with 82 receptions for 1,057 yards and eight touchdowns in 16 games as Russell Wilson’s No.1 target. Those numbers will certainly go up in 2020, barring injury of course.
The Seahawks will have another practice Tuesday, before the second of two mock games on Wednesday.
