Seattle Seahawks' season ticket holder letter does not mention Russell Wilson

For the Seattle Seahawks, this offseason has been one fans and media members will remember for years to come.

The relationship between Russell Wilson and the Seahawks has always been on somewhat good terms since he was brought to the team back in 2012.

Nine seasons later and it seems the two are going through a rough patch in the relationship.

Wilson publicly indicated he wasn’t happy with the protection, and the Seahawks aren’t happy with him speaking too openly about it.

Reports are coming out that teams are calling the Seahawks about a trade for Wilson, and with Seattle even taking those calls. Things have been quite interesting in the Northwest.

Now, something new has come out that will get people speculating some more about the issue at hand.

The Seahawks mailed out letters to season ticket holders, essentially welcoming them back and looking forward to the future of the franchise.

Interestingly enough, no where in the letter does it mention Wilson.

The letter could indicate something or absolutely nothing at all.

Really depends on how you look at it.

But it is somewhat shocking to leave out Wilson but include DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett.

The letter itself does add some fuel to the fire. Will the relationship between the two be fixed before the season starts?

Who knows at this point.

The only thing we can do now is to wait and see what happens.
