With the 35th overall selection in the 2021 WNBA Draft, the Seattle Storm selected Natalie Kucowski, a forward out of Lafayette.
Kucowski averaged 13.5 points per game and 12.8 rebounds in 31.9 minutes per game last season for the Leopards, totaling 19 double-doubles.
The 6'3" forward was the first-ever in program history to record 1,000 points and 1,000 career rebounds, adding to a list of accolades which includes All-League First Team and All-Defensive Team selections, as well as being named the Patriot League Defensive Player of the Year as a junior.
Seattle also selected Kiana Williams from Stanford and N'Dea Jones out of Texas A&M Thursday in addition to trading Aaliyah Wilson to Indiana for Kennedy Burke.
