In case you missed it over the weekend, Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard teased that he was coming out with a diss track.
It came as somewhat of a surprise considering that Dame D.O.L.L.A isn’t really feuding with anyone right now.

But, who or what could the diss track be about?
Russell Westbrook? Paul George and Patrick Beverley?
It remained a mystery until Monday when Lillard released the diss track— and it’s not what you think.
The whole thing was an ad for Hulu?
That’s probably a diss track that no one was expecting or saw coming. Who knew that was Dame D.O.L.L.A's beef?
Whether the "diss track" is what you expected or not, Dame still knows how to entertain.
This isn’t the first time Hulu has used athletes to dupe people, either.
Ever heard of Tom Brady?
He made HUGE headlines back in January after everyone was speculating about possibility that he was going to retire.
Remember this photo?
Guess what? It had NOTHING TO DO WITH his impending retirement. It was a Super Bowl ad for Hulu.
So, give Hulu credit. They are good at clowning on themselves while using big name athletes and capitalizing on their viral capabilities.
Should Dame decide to release another diss track against athletes here are our top-choices:
- Russell Westbrook
- Paul George and Patrick Beverley
- The Warriors moving from Oakland to San Francisco
- LaMelo Ball (Or Ball family, in general)
- Shaquille O'Neal
Dame did say he'd be down to do a Verzuz with Shaq, so the build-up to that would be amazing!
In the meantime, we await for cable's rebuttal diss track.
