It is pretty evident that Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard is a pretty big fan of the WWE.
Every WWE fan's dream is to be able to one day to take part in an actual wrestling event.
Well thanks to the help of 2k, Lillard will get his chance.
As reported by “Ronnie2k” himself, the five-time NBA All-Star will be a playable charter in WWE 2k Battlegrounds and be called “Laheem Lillard”.
WWE 2K Battlegrounds is an arcade-type video game that features notable personalities from the WWE. The game originally was released back in September 2020.
Lillard was actually given a character in the game because of him being a huge fan of WWE.
Obviously, the news of Lillard being included in WWE 2k had social media excited to be able to play the game with the bubble MVP.
2k is also adding Tampa Bay Bucs tight end Rob Gronkowski to the game on Nov. 24 and will be called ‘Gronkster’.
With the addition of Lillard and Gronkoski to the game, 2k sports is hoping that this brings basketball, football and wrestling fans together and enjoy WWE 2k battlegrounds.
