Another Trail Blazers guard is now officially part of the Adidas family.
Trail Blazers shooting guard Gary Trent Jr. announced on his Instagram Friday that he is “joining the 3 stripes family ///.”
According to a report from Nick DePaul of ESPN and NBA Shoe Deals, the 21-year-old guard has signed a multi-year deal with Adidas.
Trent Jr. was already sporting an Adidas jumpsuit pregame in Denver ahead of the Blazers exhibition finale against the Nuggets.
Trent Jr. now joins Damian Lillard as the latest Trail Blazer to be endorsed by Adidas. Lillard re-signed with Adidas back in April of 2014. The deal was the third most lucrative shoe deal in the league just behind LeBron James and Derrick Rose. The contract was an 8-year deal.
