The cover athlete for NBA 2k21, Trail Blazers All-Star Damian Lillard, has earned a 95 rating on the popular video game.
Last year, Lillard checked in at a 92.
With NBA 2K21 launching on PS5 on November 12 and Xbox Series X on November 10, the new ratings have officially been released.
2K had delayed the player ratings update for NBA 2K21's current-gen release in September until the next-gen version was set to be released and until the actual NBA season was over.
With a 95 rating, Lillard is tied with Warriors All-Star Stephen Curry.
Lillard showed off his appreciation for the rating on Twitter with a few fire emojis, while his teammate Nassir Little wasn’t as excited about it.
Nas thinks Lillard should be a 97, at least.
Lakers superstar and 2020 Finals MVP LeBron James has earned the highest rating in the game with a 98.
Here are some of the other top-tier 2k players:
- Giannis Antetokounmpo: 97
- Anthony Davis: 96
- Luka Doncic: 94
- Jimmy Butler: 93
- Donovan Mitchell: 88
- Devin Booker: 88
- Rudy Gobert: 87
