In an offseason where the Portland Trail Blazers prioritized re-singing Norman Powell, the Blazers veteran wing is excited to be back in Portland.

“I’m excited to be here long-term, be fully embraced,” Powell told Olzendam. “I was only here for half of the season and playoffs, and the organization, the team, the fan base – really made me feel like I was one of the guys, like I’ve been here for three or four years already.”

When a team is telling you how much they love you and how they want to use you and how much of a key piece you’re going to be to the organization and the team you can’t pass up on that opportunity.
