With NBA free agency on the horizon, there’s been plenty of chatter surrounding the Trail Blazers and who they may go after next month.

When thinking about how Gallinari would work well with Damian Lillard and Jusuf Nurkic, Frye is all in on bringing the 32-year old to Portland.

Every team he’s been to he’s averaging like 20… Dame needs that third guy that can go off. You don’t need it all the time, but somebody that can shoot, a skilled guy, somebody that works with Nurk… He’s not awful defensively. He can hold his own.

Gallinari was selected sixth overall by the Denver Nuggets in 2006.

This past season for the Thunder, the veteran forward proved he's still got it, averaging 18.7 points per game and 5.2 rebounds per game while shooting 40 percent from deep.
