The Portland Trail Blazers are getting back to full health.
One day after CJ McCollum said he thinks he will play next week, Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkiic reportedly won't be far behind him.
Yahoo! Sports' Chris Haynes, citing sources, reported Monday that "Nurkic intends to make his return in approximately two weeks."
Nurkic has not played since suffering a fractured right wrist against the Indiana Pacers on January 14th. Five days later he had surgery to repair it.
In 12 games played this season, the Trail Blazers seven-footer averaged 9.8 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 2.8 assists.
Nurkic was seen getting shots up prior to Saturday's game against Minnesota.
Head coach Terry Stotts said last week the team is just waiting for medical doctors to clear McCollum and Nurkic.
"We are just waiting for them to clear medical and [health & performance] -- that they say they are ready to go, " explained Stotts. "When they say they are ready to go, they will play, I don't need to see anything."
Next week, the Blazers will play Dallas and Brooklyn at home before embarking on a four-game road trip.
