After two years at Washington State in Pullman, Washington, Northwest native and small forward/shooting guard CJ Elleby declared for the 2020 NBA draft. And now he won’t have to move far. Last season, Elleby started in all 32 games for Washington State while earning First Team All-Pac-12 honors. The 6’6”, 200 pound forward averaged 18.4 points and 7.8 points last season as a sophomore. Elleby was born in Federal Way, Washington and attended Cleveland HS. The Pacific Northwest product can score in a variety of ways and score in bunches. He has excellent shooting form and a quick release. Elleby became the third-fastest player in Cougars' history to score 1,000 career points. He finished the 2019-20 regular season 4th in the Pac-12 in scoring (18.0 ppg), 7th in rebounds (7.8 rpg) and 2nd in steals (1.71 spg).
