Sochi medalists Danelle Umstead and Mark Bathum found the podium again at the IPC Alpine Skiing World Championships in Panorama, B.C., this week.

Umstead, who won super combined bronze in Sochi for her third Paralympic medal, claimed silver in the first two races in Panorama -- downhill and super-G. Umstead skis in the visually impaired division with husband Rob as her guide.

Bathum, named Best U.S. Male Paralympic Athlete for two silvers in Sochi, took silver in the men’s visually impaired downhill Wednesday.

The U.S. also picked up a bronze from Andrew Kurka (super-G, sitting) Thursday.

Russia leads the standings with eight medals and three golds. The U.S. is tied for second with four medals but no golds.

The IPC Alpine Skiing World Championships continue with super combined races Saturday, giant slalom Sunday and slalom Tuesday. The full schedule is here.
