Michael Phelps’ retirement plans include being a volunteer assistant at Arizona State for longtime coach Bob Bowman, according to the Arizona Republic.

Phelps, who has said the Rio Olympics will be his last competition, is committed to aid Bowman’s staff at Arizona State for the 2016-17 NCAA swimming season, according to the report.

Bowman accepted the Arizona State job in April, and both he and Phelps moved from Baltimore to Tempe.

Phelps previously served as a volunteer assistant for Bowman at the University of Michigan between the 2004 and 2008 Olympics.
