Oscar Pistorius will receive anywhere from no prison time to 15 years in jail for the negligent killing of girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp, with the runner’s sentence expected to be announced Tuesday.

Pistorius’ defense and the prosecution presented final arguments on the fifth day of Pistorius’ sentencing hearing in Pretoria on Friday. Judge Thokozile Masipa adjourned court until Tuesday morning at 3:30 a.m. ET.

Pistorius was found guilty of culpable homicide, but not murder, on Sept. 12 in the Valentine’s Day 2013 shooting of Steenkamp.

In sentencing arguments, Pistorius’ defense argued for no jail time but house arrest and community service.

The prosecution wants at least 10 years in prison.
