Simone Biles repeated Wednesday that she wants to compete in the 2020 Olympics, according to multiple reports.

Biles has said for months that she plans to take about one year off from competition, and then return.

One month ago, and probably other times during her recent media flurry, Biles said she wanted to make a run for Tokyo. A reporter asked on Oct. 12 if she thought she would compete in another Olympics.

“Yes, in 2020,” Biles said in Chicago.

Aly Raisman has also said she plans to try for a third Olympic team in 2020.

Madison Kocian is retired from elite gymnastics but plans to compete collegiately for UCLA.

It’s believed Gabby Douglas has not said if or when she will compete again.

Laurie Hernandez is expected to compete through this next Olympic cycle, though she has not discussed it specifically in detail in recent interviews.

“I am excited about what it means to compete at the highest level of this sport and really want to focus on elite gymnastics for the next four years,” Hernandez said in a USA Gymnastics press release before the Rio Olympics.
