Men’s soccer reaches its knockout stages on Saturday, with two pair of high-powered nations going head-to-head.

It starts with Portugal, a nation already riding high from its senior team’s EURO 2016 triumph, and always dangerous Germany, and goes all the way to the main event at 9 p.m. EDT.

That’s when Neymar and Brazil take its next steps toward a medal on home soil with a visit from longtime rivals Teofilo Gutierrez and Colombia.


Portugal vs. Germany -- Noon EDT

Nigeria vs. Denmark -- 3 p.m. EDT

South Korea vs. Honduras -- 6 p.m. EDT

Brazil vs. Colombia -- 9 p.m. EDT
