The first World Gymnastics Championships with a team final since the London Olympics start this week in Nanning, China.
The U.S. women, led by reigning World all-around champion Simone Biles and Olympic team champion Kyla Ross, eye their third straight global title, following the 2012 Olympics and 2011 World Championships.
The U.S. men, with London Olympians Sam Mikulak, Danell Leyva, John Orozco and Jake Dalton, look to better their fifth-place showing from 2012.
As in 2013, there will be individual medals at stake in every Olympic event -- the all-around and apparatus finals.
