Coach Lynam's glorious new beard turned heads in Sixers' first game back

Forget the Sixers' new-look starting lineup: all the chatter ahead of Saturday's seeding-game opener with the Pacers was concerned with Jim Lynam's fantastic new beard.

Coach and Amy Fadool were back in the NBC Sports Philadelphia studios on Saturday for the Sixers broadcast, an exciting step in the NBA's return to play.

And when everyone across Philadelphia tuned in for Pregame Live, they were greeted by Lynam's bold new quarantine-inspired look.

Behold: Jim Lynam with a beard!

Incredible. He must've been taking notes from Eagles center Jason Kelce on the keys to growing perfect facial hair.

Unsurprisingly, the internet loved the revolutionary new look:

The jury is still out on the Sixers' quarantine revamp, but if it goes anything like Coach's new beard, they're going to the Finals, no questions asked.
