How could we forget the Popeye’s biscuit fiasco involving Matisse Thybulle a couple weeks ago?
To refresh your memory, Thybulle was negligent in his rookie duties when supplying the food for the Sixers’ flight to Dallas.
Tobias Harris made sure he publicly shamed the rookie via Instagram.

The issue of course was the biscuit-to-teammate ratio as veteran big man Kyle O’Quinn pointed out. Harris was also not thrilled with the lack of Popeye’s fries. Thybulle was steadfast in saying that nobody had asked for either item … but he’s the rookie so he’s wrong.
It appears the rook got a measure of redemption Wednesday, according to O’Quinn’s Instagram story.
Well, 50 biscuits ought to do it.
The Sixers will be in Atlanta Thursday to take on the Hawks.
