The Eagles are postponing the second installment payment date for season tickets, the team announced in a letter Tuesday to its season ticket holders.

According to the letter, the second payment installment, scheduled for April 16, will be rescheduled for a later date, giving season ticket holders more financial flexibility during a period of time when COVID-19 has affected people in so many ways, certainly including their finances.

Here is the full text of the letter the Eagles sent out:

“We hope that you and your loved ones are staying safe during these unique and challenging circumstances. The health and well-being of you, our community and Eagles fans everywhere remains our top priority, and we understand that COVID-19 continues to impact all of our lives in a variety of ways.

“As an organization, we want you to know that we are here for you and we want to be supportive of you during this difficult time.

“We are reaching out to you today to let you know that we are postponing the second installment of your 2020 Eagles Season Ticket Account - originally scheduled for April 16, 2020.

“The timing of future payments will be determined and communicated at a later date. We are closely monitoring developments and will evaluate every option to ensure that you have the flexibility to make your scheduled payments within a reasonable time.”
