Doug Pederson cancels Eagles practice, takes the whole team bowling

Share

Doug Pederson has canceled the Eagles’ 10th and final practice of OTAs for a very important reason.

The Eagles went bowling.

Yup, Pederson took his team to South Bowl this morning for some team-building instead of practicing in the humidity. A few years ago, you might remember, Pederson took the Eagles paint-balling on the last day of OTAs. That year they went on to win the Super Bowl. Perhaps it’s not a bad idea.

Maybe they'll get some ice cream on the way back to the NovaCare Complex!

And just check out the form from Pederson and Carson Wentz.

Not bad from Pederson and Wentz, but my money is on cornerback Rasul Douglas. Last year, he told me he has a 220 average.

The Eagles will have a four-day weekend before mandatory minicamp begins next Tuesday. That mandatory camp runs for three days (June 11-13) before the long layoff leading up to training camp.
