Brandon Graham, Brian Dawkins send Eagles fan Monty G support during coronavirus battle

For those who might not know, Eagles superfan Monty G is an absolute icon online and around the city, known for his viral hype videos and generally infectious energy.

Monty has unfortunately been battling the novel coronavirus since mid-April, and while he's been able to provide updates on his condition through his Twitter account, he's still in the hospital as of May 6.

On top of football fans from all over sending Monty messages of inspiration, and raising over $12,000 towards his medical bills in a GoFundMe, Monty's situation apparently reached the attention of Eagles players themselves.

On Monday, defensive end and Super Bowl champion Brandon Graham sent Monty a message of inspiration, complete with Monty's "Babay Babay!" tagline:

Of course Graham knows all about Monty and his brand. What a guy.

And on Wednesday, legendary Eagles safety Brian Dawkins also reached out to Monty with words of encouragement:

Can you imagine getting a video where Dawkins tells you he's pulling for you? Incredible.

This is such a cool way for these guys to go above and beyond during Monty's time of need and let him know that they're rooting for him, just like he roots for them every week during the season.

Personally, I can't wait for Monty's first post-hospital dispatch. It's going to be a beast.
