Eagles might be without starting safety in Las Vegas

Eagles safety Anthony Harris might not be able to play on Sunday afternoon in Las Vegas.

Harris is officially questionable for the game with injuries to both of his hands and his groin.

Harris missed practice on Wednesday, returned Thursday and missed Friday. He was on the field during warmups on Friday with both his hands wrapped. But that groin injury didn’t appear on the report until Friday afternoon.

If Harris can’t play, the Eagles are down to just Rodney McLeod and Marcus Epps as the safeties on the roster.

Meanwhile, K’Von Wallace (shoulder) has been practicing this week but is still on Injured Reserve. If he’s able to play this weekend, the Eagles will need to activate him to the 53-man roster.

The only other players listed as questionable is backup lineman Jack Anderson (hamstring).

That means that Lane Johnson, Dallas Goedert and everyone else on the injury report are expected to play against the Raiders. Johnson will make his return to the lineup after missing three games. Goedert missed last week on the COVID-19 list.

Goedert didn’t practice on Thursday and was limited on Friday but head coach Nick Sirianni expects Goedert be able to take on the full load on Sunday.
