Eagles injury update: DeSean Jackson hurts right leg late

Eagles

Keeping track of all the Eagles’ injury news from Thursday:

11:18 p.m.: DeSean Jackson just left the field in obvious pain, unable to put weight on his right leg after receiving a punt with just over 2 minutes left in the fourth quarter. Corey Ballentine basically picked Jackson up from the ground and slammed him down as Jackson’s right leg got caught under him.

A penalty was called on the Giants player but Jackson went immediately to the sideline and into the blue tent. He was then carted into the locker room.

It certainly didn’t look good.

10:58 p.m.: Lane Johnson already had a nagging ankle injury before this game and now he has a new injury.

Johnson (knee) is questionable to return but it doesn’t look like he’s going to.

Craig James (hamstring) is also questionable to return.

10:28 p.m.: Defensive tackle Hassan Ridgeway has been ruled out of the game with a biceps injury in the third quarter. The Eagles came into this game without Malik Jackson (quad).

Without Ridgeway, the Eagles have Fletcher Cox, Javon Hargrave and T.Y. McGill at defensive tackle. Vinny Curry can also play inside if they need him to.

9:05 p.m.: Lane Johnson is back in the game at right tackle in the first quarter. He had to leave in the first series but looks like he’s going to be able to tough it out for at least a while longer.
