Vinny Curry, DeSean Jackson, Blake Countess, Tim Jernigan ... now Howie Roseman has brought back yet another former Eagle.

You just may not remember him.

Safety Trae Elston, who spent 10 days with the Eagles in 2017, is back with the team as it looks for safety depth in light of a possible Malcolm Jenkins minicamp holdout.

The Eagles on Wednesday morning signed Elston and released linebacker B.J. Bello.

With Jenkins absent from voluntary workouts and Rodney McLeod still not practicing fully, the Eagles now have Tre Sullivan, Deiondre’ Hall, Andrew Sendejo, Countess and Godwin Igwebuike working at safety along with Elston.

The Eagles reportedly worked out veteran safety Johnathan Cyprien before signing Elston. Cyprien, 28, is a former second-round pick of the Jaguars and five-year NFL veteran with 70 career starts. He missed all of last year with an ACL injury and was released by the Titans in March.

Elston, 25, had an odd 2017 season, starting with the Bills and finishing with the Bills with a brief stint with the Eagles in between.

He played the first two games of the season with the Bills before getting released and claimed by the Eagles that Sept. 20. Four days later, he played seven special teams snaps for the Eagles in a win over the Giants at the Linc.

Six days later, the Eagles released him so they could promote defensive lineman Justin Hamilton from the practice squad to the 53-man roster.

Three days later, the Bills signed him back and he played the rest of the season in Buffalo, recording his only career interception off Derek Carr in a win over the Raiders in late October.

The Bills released him after the season and he was claimed by the Dolphins, who released him before last season began.

Elston was originally signed by the Saints as an undrafted rookie after the 2016 draft and had brief stints with the Saints, Buccaneers and Browns before landing in Buffalo.

Bello, who spent the 2017 season with the Browns, joined the Eagles’ practice squad last October before a late-season promotion to the active roster.

He played in the last three games of the regular season, recording 45 snaps, all on special teams. He played 15 more special teams snaps in the Bears playoff game but was inactive for the Saints.

Elston started and finished 2017 with the Bills but spent 10 days in between with the Eagles and played in one game, the Week 3 win over the Giants.

The Eagles claimed him on Sept. 20, 2017, and then released him on Sept. 30.
