Eagles keep things rolling in the sports betting arena

The Eagles are still winless on the field, but they continue to rack up the Ws off of it.

The Birds announced a new partnership with DraftKings while you were still brewing your morning coffee. Terms were not disclosed in the multi-year deal with DraftKings becoming the Eagles' new fantasy sports partner and official sports betting partner. The company also garnered exclusive naming rights to the field club in the north end zone at Lincoln Financial Field.

While fans are still not allowed in the stadium to enjoy the VIP experience and game-day access the “DraftKings Field Club” will offer, the Birds' faithful will see the branding for DraftKings visible in various Eagles digital spaces and social platforms.

The partnership will also feature a new free-to-play game from DraftKings called Eagles Stat Showdown that will give fans a chance at weekly prizes where winners are determined based on game and stat predictions.

The DraftKings deal with the Birds makes the company 4 for 4, with established partnerships with the Sixers, Phillies and Flyers. As reported by the Philadelphia Business Journal, this marks the Eagles' fifth sponsorship/marketing deal since July. The Pennsylvania Lottery, Pepsi, Firstrust Bank and most recently Fox Bet have all inked agreements with the Birds.

The DraftKings announcement somewhat overshadows the Eagles' recent partnership with Fox Bet, whose branding will also be featured in many social and digital spaces. Based on the projections, fans will really enjoy the Eagles' new 4,000 square foot Fox Bet lounge and production studio once allowed back into the Linc.

Along with producing Eagles exclusive content with Birds legends and personalities out of the studio, a max of 380 fans will get to enjoy inclusive food and drink options, plus access before and after games to player arrivals and postgame press conferences.

When you put it all together, the Eagles are diligently exhausting their footprint in the sports betting arena. The Eagles also have an official casino partner in a deal inked last Halloween with worldwide gaming operator Unibet.

Eagles fans may be annoyed by the effect the pandemic has had on their tailgating and attendance to root for the Birds, but when the Linc does reopen, there will be plenty of new, engaging and unique experiences for fans to fawn over.
