Eagles starting left guard Isaac Seumalo limped off the field during the second quarter against the Rams.

Seumalo (knee) has been ruled out.

Seumalo got to the sideline and went into the blue medical tent. He wandered the sideline for a bit before heading into the locker room.

He was replaced by Matt Pryor. The Eagles punched in a touchdown on a QB sneak the very next play. Pryor was also at left guard for the start of the next drive.

On the play where Seumalo got hurt it looked like a few players landed on the back of his left leg. Seumalo was down in pain for a few minutes before limping off the field.

This means that if Seumalo can’t return on Sunday, the Eagles would be left with Nate Herbig and Pryor as their offensive guards to face Aaron Donald, Michael Brockers and company.

Herbig, a second-year UDFA, has been the starter in place of the injured Brandon Brooks to begin this season.
