Former Eagles quarterback Rodney Peete has been named in a lawsuit, according to TMZ.

Peete, who played for the Eagles for four seasons from 1995 to 1998, allegedly owes ticket broker Barry’s Tickets tens of thousands of dollars in unpaid dues for tickets to the most recent Super Bowl.

According to the report, Peete bought eight tickets to see the Patriots defeat the Rams for $11,500 per ticket and has paid for only half of what he was due to Barry’s. Now, Barry’s is suing Peete for $54,000 to cover the tickets and legal fees.

According to this Instagram post, it appears the Peete family, including Rodney’s wife, actress Holly Robinson Peete, attended the game.
