For the second consecutive week, Eagles defensive end Michael Bennett and running back Darren Sproles are no-shows at Organized Team Activities.
The Eagles are enjoying strong attendance numbers for phase two of OTAs, with Bennett and Sproles the only confirmed absences thus far.
The offseason workouts are voluntary, except for one mandatory minicamp from June 12 through 14.
Acquired in a trade with the Seahawks, Bennett has yet to join his new team for workouts.
Eagles coach Doug Pederson previously stated Bennett's absence is unrelated to pending criminal charges in Texas. Defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz offered no update on the three-time Pro Bowl selection’s status Tuesday, noting OTAs are optional.
Re-signed by the Eagles in April, Sproles is recovering from a torn ACL suffered last season.
It's not unusual for Bennett or Sproles to miss portions of OTAs or skip the voluntary workouts altogether.

Defensive tackle Haloti Ngata and tight end Adam Zaruba were also missing from OTAs Tuesday. At the time, an Eagles spokesperson was unable to provide any additional information as to their whereabouts.
Ngata was on the practice field last week, though he did not participate in workouts. Zaruba was a full participant last week.
Defensive linemen Brandon Graham and Tim Jernigan were not at Tuesday’s practice because of injuries, but are at the Eagles’ facility for OTAs.
