No one honestly expected much to change between Week 1 and 2 for the Jets and they certainly lived up to those expectations. Now, with an 0-2 start on the year, old questions about if this team had turned a corner last season with a 7-9 record are valid once more.

The Dolphins didn't go down without a fight against the Bills in Week 2 and when looking at both rosters from top to bottom, that wasn't an easy task. While the Bills did eventually take over the game, it was impressive to see how relentless the Dolphins were in finishing out as strongly as they could.

It's a struggle to find many bright spots with the Lions. Their most recent loss to the Packers makes for their 11th straight, their last win being Oct. 27, 2019. Their biggest weakness in their matchup against the Packers though was their defense, giving up 488 yards on the day. Not ideal.

The Giants might have suffered a huge loss in their game against the Bears and that doesn't even account for their 0-2 record. Saquon Barkley, their star running back is likely done for the remainder of the season with a possible ACL tear. Next man up mentality or not, it's going to be extremely difficult to replace him.

In his first opportunity to impress in a primetime slot, Joe Burrow did exactly that. He continues to show great glimpses of what's to come in his future when he's surrounded by the right weapons. The key word is future. While things seem to be turning a corner, it's going to take a little more time for them to become any sort of a legitimate threat.

Sunday's game against the Buccaneers proved one very important thing about the Panthers - and that is they're clearly rebuilding. There was also concern with Christian McCaffrey, who left the game with an ankle injury after being the team's best player of the day.

The Falcons suffered one of the worst kind of losses against the Cowboys because it came out of nowhere. After building up a sturdy lead in the fourth quarter, the Cowboys completely shifted gears and came back from a 15 point deficit. It was a total collapse from the Falcons and it shouldn't sit right with Dan Quinn.

In their first meeting against Burrow, Baker Mayfield went out and had an impressive outing. Aside from a single interception on the day, he was able to completely dominate the Bengals defense. This was a game that they should have won - and they did just that.

It's never easy to watch a player with so much potential go down due to frequent injuries, but that seems to always be the case with quarterback Drew Lock. After only attempting five passes against the Steelers, he suffered a shoulder injury that took him out of the game. While the Broncos were able to stay in it for the most part, they were never able to tip the scale in their favor.

Heading into this season, it almost seemed like the Jaguars were going to accomplish a whole lot of nothing in the 2020, but the first two weeks of the season are giving off a different sense. Even with a loss, Gardner Minshew is showing up and keeping his team on the list of pleasant surprises so far. If they want to remain on that list, the defense is going to have to step it up a notch ... or three.

After a surprising win against the Eagles in Week 1, the Washington Football Team was looking to accomplish something they haven't done since 2011 - start the year off with a 2-0 record. Their offensive power from their home opener disappeared Sunday against the Cardinals, with Dwayne Haskins having an average performance. While he ended with 223 yards in the air and a touchdown, he was also sacked four times and lost a fumble. Still, not many had this team at 1-1.

The Texans have easily had the most difficult schedule to kick off their season - their Week 1 opponent being the reigning Super Bowl champs and Week 2 being the team with the best record in the NFL just one season prior. Still, these losses shouldn't have been as severe as they were - as the defense gave up at least 30 points in each game and their offense was nowhere near able to make up for their mistakes.

It was going to be interesting to see how the Colts adapted this week after losing Marlon Mack to a torn Achilles for the remainder of the season. Next man up was running back Jonathan Taylor, who made a strong first impression in Mack's place. He was able to elevate the Colts' running game which alleviated a significant amount of pressure from Philip Rivers.

After Week 1, defense seemed to be a concern for the Vikings. Now, it looks like they're a mess offensively, as well. Kirk Cousins connected on less than 50 percent of his throws, was picked off three times and just gave off a sense of defeat. There still seems to be no sense of identity heading into Week 3.

To put things nicely, the NFC East is a mess. The Eagles were looking to turn things around after an embarrassing loss against Washington, but their performance against the Rams just added salt to the wound. Their defense was no match for the Rams, who flat out dominated in every sense of the word. Now, the Eagles are down 0-2 for the first time since 2015 and there doesn't seem to be any change in sight ... yet.

In a surprising turn of events, the Raiders came out looking like the dominant team against the Saints. After a poor first quarter, they kicked it up a notch and scored at least a touchdown in the remaining quarters. To beat a team that typically takes charge, especially with their defense, it was an interesting change of pace. What a boost of confidence moving into next week.

In Week 2, it seemed like the Cowboys were packing it up by the fourth quarter against the Chargers. In a surprising twist, they had a last-minute resurgence that propelled them to a win. Thanks to a game-winning field goal as the clock was down to its final seconds, the Cowboys miraculously avoided starting their season 0-2.

The Chargers were looking to start their new era in the new SoFi Stadium on a good note, as they hosted the Chiefs. The possibility of that was very-well in reach, but you should never count out the Chiefs, as they fought their way back and sent this game into overtime. They were then put in a difficult situation - to punt on fourth-and-1 from the Chiefs 34 and hopefully stop Patrick Mahomes and Co. from getting into field goal range ... and that's exactly what happened.

The Bears came out ready to roll on Sunday, putting up 17 points in the first half while keeping the Giants off the board. While they weren't able to score at any point in the second half, their defense was able to maintain the lead through the end.

The Steelers were able to do what they do best, have complete control over the Broncos' offense. Every time they shifted into those gears, it felt like they were in midseason form. Ben Roethlisberger seems like he may need another game or two to really kick it up a notch, but overall, they look to be in good shape.

After spending a lifetime with the Patriots, it looks like Tom Brady is still getting adjusted to life in Tampa Bay. New system, new coach, new teammates and new expectations all have to be contributing factors because he still doesn't look like himself. Regardless, he and the Buccaneers were able to win their first game of the season that they'll most certainly build off of for next week.

What makes the Cardinals so good through two weeks is that there is not just one strong element on this team. Their offense and defense combined could be very scary as the season progresses and even though they still pulled out a dominate 30-15 win, it felt like it was a much larger margin.

Cam Newton is doing just fine in his new home with the Patriots. What a strong game from him overall and if his performance against the Seahawks is any indication of what the Patriots will get from him all season, the rest of the league should look out. Despite a loss, Bill Belichick's team still looks as primed and ready to go for a championship run as ever.

Even with injuries all over the place for the 49ers in this one, they were still able to pull out an impressive win against the Jets. Any matchup against the Jets should be deemed a must win, but with Nick Bosa, Solomon Thomas and Jimmy Garoppolo all leaving the game early due to injuries, this was a strong team win overall.

Josh Allen just keeps getting better and better as his career progresses, doesn't he? He finished 24-of-35 with 417 passing yards and four touchdowns. At that rate, you can't ask for more of your offense and hope that the defense can keep up. Even though the Dolphins surprisingly stayed in this game until the very end, the better team definitely wound up on top.

It was another close call for the Titans in Week 2, but a win is a win at the end of the day. Both teams played different games, the Titans were overall more effective when they had possession of the ball, but the Jaguars maneuvered around the Titans' defense with ease.

It shouldn't be a surprise that the Packers are an offensive powerhouse, but being able to put up 40 points in back-to-back weeks is impressive no matter what team it is. The offense is firing at all angles and to see the chemistry bouncing off the walls should intimidate any NFC team.

The Rams had no mercy over the Eagles and took advantage of all of their opponents weaknesses ... and then some. For a brief time in the third quarter, it seemed like the Eagles had an opportunity to take over, but that feeling ended abruptly when their defense kicked it into overdrive.

It was almost expected for the Saints to come in and win this game against the Raiders, which is why this loss is as shocking as it is. Sometimes even the stronger teams have an off night, but make no mistake - the Saints will be back next week ready for redemption.

After last season, the Seahawks were going to come into this year on a mission to be even better than the last and they've have an impressive start so far. In a very tightly knit game against the Patriots, they came out on top and made it a statement win. Russell Wilson has already settled into the season, which just means they're only going to get more dangerous as the weeks continue.

The Ravens come out and play at an elite game, it's expected at this point coming off of their previous season. While the offense was able to put up 33 points, their defense is what shined the most in their win against the Texans.

There was never any question if the Chiefs were going to get bumped out of this top spot in the first few weeks of the season - they picked up exactly where they left off it's almost scary. Patrick Mahomes pulled his team out of a tricky situation, forced overtime and beat the Chargers. The reigning champs are now 2-0.
