Nick Foles' Philadelphia-area house is now up for sale

Philadelphia, you can now own the very home Nick Foles lived in when he won the city’s only Super Bowl.

After his big-money free agency move to Jacksonville, Foles and his family have now moved into a beautiful five-bedroom home in his new city, so it’s time to put his old digs up for sale. Here's a look at his South Jersey home on the market:

The Super Bowl MVP moved into this Haddonfield, New Jersey house in May of 2017 and paid what some would consider a modest $700,000 for it. He had signed a two-year deal with the Eagles in March, which ended up being worth just north of $16 million.

This four-bedroom, three-bathroom home sits on .31 acres and has 3,228 square feet of living space. The main features include a kitchen with a center island, an incredible master wing of the house, with two massive closets and a custom bathroom and a spacious finished basement, great for inviting over some friends to watch an Eagles game.

Here are some photos from the listing, which is for $799,000.

For an NFL player who had made about $15 million in his career when he bought the house, you might have expected something more extravagant. However, it's just about a 20-minute drive from Lincoln Financial Field, and only on a two-year deal, this is a nice home in a good area that allowed Nick and his wife, Tori, to get settled and begin a family.

With Foles as an absolute legend in the city of Philadelphia, whoever buys this home will have the ultimate ice-breaker for anyone who visits. For Nick and his family, we hate to see you officially move away from town, but we wish you nothing but the best.
