Things go from bad to worse for laughably bad New York Giants

Let’s take a live look at the New York Giants.

The Giants are already arguably the worst team in the NFL, sitting in the basement of the NFC East with a 1-7 record. And now this.

According to NJ.com, Giants backup quarterback Kyle Lauletta was arrested Tuesday morning while driving to the team’s facility.

Lauletta, according to the report, “Failed to obey a police officer's directions and that Lauletta came close to striking the officer with his vehicle.”

Yikes.

In a statement, the Giants said they are aware of the situation and blah, blah, blah.

I guess Eli Manning isn’t going to get benched anytime soon. In the long run, it wouldn’t matter, but plenty of fans have seen enough of the two-time Super Bowl winner.

The Giants used a fourth-round pick on Lauletta in April. The rookie from Richmond hasn’t played this season.
