The Flyers' 2022 training camp, which kicks off Thursday, will include a pair of veteran forwards on professional tryouts.

Artem Anisimov and Antoine Roussel are among 10 camp invites, five of them being PTOs.

Anisimov, 34, played parts of four seasons for John Tortorella when the Flyers' head coach was with the Rangers. The Russian center has 771 games and 376 points (180 goals, 196 assists) on his NHL résumé.

He did not play in the NHL last season. He spent the preseason with the Avalanche before being released from his PTO and heading to the KHL.

Roussel, 32, recorded eight points (four goals, four assists) in 53 games for Arizona last season. The native of France has played parts of 10 seasons in the NHL between time with the Stars, Canucks and Coyotes.

The winger's most productive season came with Vancouver in 2018-19, when he had 31 points (nine goals, 22 assists) over 65 games.
