A look into the Flyers' epic 2020 draft room

The 2020 NHL draft is officially underway and, of course, because of the coronavirus, this draft is being held virtually.

Even though it has been a year like no other, teams are still finding ways to make things as normal as possible.

While many drafts rooms have been showcased on social media, one of the nicest so far has to be the Flyers.

Safely social distancing in the Virtua Center Flyers Skate Zone in Voorhees, New Jersey, the Flyers have a pretty sweet setup.

While they show only one corner of the room, you can see eight banners set up of all current Flyers from their draft days.

Maybe the Flyers were hinting to this aspect earlier in the day on social media?

And front and center are general manager Chuck Fletcher and assistant general manager Brent Flahr.

Just behind them, a Jack McIlhargey jersey is hanging proudly. He spent two different stints with the Flyers and also served as an assistant coach and eventually a scout. McIlhargey died in late July at the age of 68 after battling cancer.

What a class move by the organization.

The Flyers currently hold the 23rd overall pick tonight and you can find all draft essentials here.
