The Flyers hope they don't become the walking wounded when they head to Boston.

Defenseman Philippe Myers did not come out with the Flyers for the second period. With just over two minutes left in the opening frame, Myers came together with Sabres defenseman Jake McCabe on a check. Myers was last on the ice shortly after the play but did not return to the bench following first intermission.

Morgan Frost, who entered the lineup Monday for the injured Sean Couturier (costochondral separation), skated off the ice hunched over with fewer than five minutes left in the second period. Flyers director of sports medicine Jim McCrossin tended to the 21-year-old center as he slowly made his way up the tunnel to the dressing room, remaining hunched over. The Flyers fly to Boston on Wednesday to play the Bruins on Thursday and Saturday.
