Adam Schefter had a diplomatic answer when asked who would win the NBA title.
“Los Angeles is going to win the Finals,” he said.
Schefter is known for breaking NFL news for ESPN, but he also moonlights as an NBA reporter.
He clarified his answer when pressed by NBC Sports national NBA Insider Tom Haberstroh.
“Honestly, the Clippers are stacked and loaded,” Schefter said. “I think it may be the Clippers’ time. It would be so Clippers-like to win it in a bubble.”
