JaCorey Shepherd is on the Eagles' practice squad ... again.

The Eagles re-signed the 23-year-old cornerback to the practice squad while releasing G Darrell Greene from the unit.

Shepherd, a 2015 undrafted free agent, was initially released in the Eagles' final round of cuts but was signed to the practice squad on Sept. 21 to replace Greene. Six days later, the Eagles reversed course, signing Greene and releasing Shepherd.

However, Shepherd rejoins the practice squad to replace Greene again just six days after that, a roller coaster turnaround on the roster. It remains to be seen whether this will be the final time they flip spots or if another team will pick up Greene in free agency.

Greene was an undrafted free agent this year out of San Diego State and, like Shepherd, was released in the final round of cuts in September.
