Tonight's lineup: Rhys Hoskins, searching for first hit, bats cleanup

Although he's yet to pick up a hit in two games, Rhys Hoskins will bat cleanup yet again Saturday against the Mets (7:05/NBC 10 and CSNPhilly.com).

Manager Pete Mackanin is sticking with the rookie Saturday when he will get his first chance against a left-handed pitcher in Mets starter Steven Matz. While manning left field for the first time, Hoskins is 0 for 6 with two walks since his call-up on Thursday.

It's encouraging for the Phillies that he's maintained command of the strike zone with walks in both starts. He's struck out three times, but initial struggles are part of the deal with rookies in the majors.

The only lineup change from Friday's 7-6 loss is that Cameron Rupp is back behind the plate. Rupp is off to a slow start in August with a 2 for 22 slump, but that comes after he hit .333 with five home runs in a hot July.

Here's the Phillies' full lineup that will oppose Matz and the Mets in the third game of a four-game set:

1. Cesar Hernandez, 2B
2. Freddy Galvis, SS
3. Odubel Herrera, CF
4. Rhys Hoskins, LF
5. Tommy Joseph, 1B
6. Nick Williams, RF
7. Maikel Franco, 3B
8. Cameron Rupp, C
9. Aaron Nola, P

And here's the Mets' lineup that will oppose Nola (Updated: Neil Walker was removed from the lineup amid reports that he will be traded to the Milwaukee Brewers. Jose Reyes takes his place):

1. Brandon Nimmo, RF
2. Jose Reyes, 2B
3. Yoenis Cespedes, LF
4. Michael Conforto, CF
5. Asdrubal Cabrera, 3B
6. Dominic Smith, 1B
7. Travis d'Arnaud, C
8. Amed Rosario, SS
9. Steven Matz, P
