Tonight's lineup: Ruiz and Joseph in, Rupp and Howard out

Despite winning the past four games, including the first game of a three-game series against the Kansas City Royals on Friday night, the Phillies' lineup Saturday will look a lot different.

Andres Blanco, Tommy Joseph, Carlos Ruiz and Tyler Goeddel will enter into the lineup after not starting in Friday's 4-3 win over the Royals. Peter Bourjos will remain in the lineup after continuing his hit streak last night.

While Joseph struggled in the series against Arizona (0 for 11), Ryan Howard didn't provide much help at first base either, going 0 for 3 with two strikeouts Friday. His batting average is down to .148 on the year. Rupp will not start despite recording three hits Friday, including two doubles. Ruiz will catch the struggling Aaron Nola for the second straight start.

Blanco is the only player in the lineup to have faced Royals starting pitcher Danny Duffy (3 for 6). The Royals lineup will be nearly the same, except Paulo Orlando will sit and Jarrod Dyson will bat in the eighth spot.
