Phillies' players' weekend jerseys and nicknames unveiled

MLB’s players' weekend returns Aug. 23-25, which means alternate jerseys and nicknames on the backs.

Teams are going with black/white and ghost white uniforms. Here is a look at what the Phillies will be rocking.

Some nicknames around the league are tremendous, like Joey Votto going with “Who” on first base.

Angels reliever Ty Buttrey is apparently going with two emojis that sound out his name. (No. 1 in the league-wide power rankings as of this moment.)

Phillies players, sadly, did not get too creative or funny with theirs.
