As the 2021 NBA playoffs chug along, it's fair to wonder who might be crowned NBA Finals MVP, and perhaps place a bet.

The top teams in the league have battled it out in the playoffs, and now only four squads remain in the conference finals round. The Phoenix Suns lead the Los Angeles Clippers 1-0 in the Western Conference Finals, while the Atlanta Hawks and the Milwaukee Bucks are set to face each other in the Eastern Conference Finals.

At the beginning of the Play-In Tournament, the three players with the best odds to be named Finals MVP were Kevin Durant (+360), Kawhi Leonard (+600) and LeBron James (+600). Since then, the Brooklyn Nets and Los Angeles Lakers -- along with Durant and James -- have been eliminated, and Leonard has been sidelined with a knee sprain. In fact, eight of top 11 names are no longer in contention.

Now, the Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo has moved his way to the top of the list with +100 odds to win Finals MVP. He has been on a tear for the Bucks, averaging 28.8 points, 13.6 rebounds and 5.1 assists per game in the postseason. Just behind Antetokounmpo is the Suns' Devin Booker with +180 odds.
