He's continually held back "America's Team" from a return to prominence, while micromanaging the NFL's lamest circus.
But even the slimy old man respects the job Doug Pederson did in 2017, leading the Eagles to the franchise's first Super Bowl win.
Between not scouting and signing any quality wide receivers and somehow making us root for Roger Goodell, Jones took the time to write a letter to Pederson, congratulating the coach on his Super Bowl victory.
In an interview with NBC Sports' Tony Dungy, Pederson revealed as much but did not directly address what Jones wrote.
But that wasn't the only gift (or ancient curse) that Pederson received.
Packers coach Mike McCarthy sent Pederson a Wisconsin cheese spread and Saints coach Sean Payton sent beignets and cakes.
