Eli Manning allegedly involved in Giants' fake game-used memorabilia scheme

Peyton Manning's brother, Eli, is part of a lawsuit claiming that the lesser Manning was compliant in a Giants' scheme to sell fake game-used memorabilia as real.

According to The New York Post, Archie's son "didn't want to give up the real stuff" and passed off jerseys and helmets as game-used.

Court documents show, he, of the Manning-face meme sent an email to equipment manager Joe Skiba reading, "2 helmets that can pass as game used. That is it. Eli."

"Manning was looking to give non-game-used helmets to (memorabilia dealer Steiner Sports) to satisfy -- fraudulently -- his contractual obligation" with Steiner, court documents reveal.

The suit was initially filed in 2014 against Manning, the Giants and Skiba.
