SUNDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL

Sunday Night Football kicks off on Sunday at 8:20 p.m. ET on NBC, when the Dallas Cowboys (2-1) host the New Orleans Saints (1-2), at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Coverage begins with Football Night In America at 7 p.m. ET on NBC.

Calling Saints-Cowboys is seven-time Emmy Award-winner Al Michaels (play-by-play), 15-time Emmy Award-winner Cris Collinsworth, and two-time Emmy Award-winning sideline reporter Michele Tafoya.

Football Night in America, the most-watched studio show in sports, is hosted by 26-time Emmy Award-winner Bob Costas, who will report from AT&T Stadium on Sunday. Costas will be joined on site by Collinsworth, Tafoya, two-time Super Bowl winner Hines Ward, and NBC Sports commentator Josh Elliott.

Dan Patrick co-hosts Football Night from NBC Sports Group’s Studio 1 and will be joined by Super Bowl-winning head coach Tony Dungy, two-time Super Bowl winner Rodney Harrison, Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk on NBCSN and NBCSports.com, and Peter King of Sports Illustrated. Alex Flanagan will report from Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, Calif., on the Eagles-49ers game.


GOLF

This week, NBC Sports Group presents an unprecedented 85.5 hours of coverage of the Ryder Cup, bringing fans closer to the action of one of the world’s most exciting sporting events.

NBC’s live coverage of the Ryder Cup matches continue Saturday at 3 a.m. ET, followed by an encore presentation at 1 p.m. ET. Sunday’s coverage of the final singles matches begins at 7 a.m. ET.

Play-by-play and lead analyst roles for Saturday will include Terry Gannon and Frank Nobilo for morning matches, and Dan Hicks and Johnny Miller for afternoon matches. Outer towers will be manned in the morning by Tom Abbott and Curt Byrum, and in the afternoon by Gary Koch and Peter Jacobsen. Reporting from the course for both sessions will be a combination of Roger Maltbie, Mark Rolfing, Notah Begay and Jerry Foltz. Singles matches on Sunday will feature Hicks and Miller in the booth, Koch and Jacobsen in outer towers; and a combination of Maltbie, Rolfing, Begay, Foltz and Byrum on the course. Steve Sands and Jimmy Roberts will handle interviews both days.

Debuting this year will be Golf Channel’s Ryder Cup Alternate Shot coverage, which will feature a different view of the action that complements NBC’s live weekend coverage. Ryder Cup Alternate Shot begins Saturday at 3 a.m. ET on Golf Channel and continues Sunday at 7 a.m. ET.

Golf Channel’s Emmy-nominated host David Feherty and Morning Drive host Gary Williams anchor the Alternate Shot coverage from Golf Channel studios in Orlando, Fla. Joining Feherty and Williams will be former U.S. Ryder Cup captain Lanny Wadkins, and former U.S. Ryder Cup team members David Duval and Justin Leonard.

Live From the Ryder Cup, featuring comprehensive news, highlights, and expert analysis, continues tonight at midnight, and Saturday at 1 p.m. ET. Live From’s coverage of Sunday’s final matches begins at 5 a.m. ET, and concludes with coverage of the Closing Ceremony at 1 p.m. ET.

Comprising the Golf Channel team in Scotland will be hosts Rich Lerner and Kelly Tilghman, analysts Brandel Chamblee and Nobilo, and reporters Todd Lewis and Steve Burkowski. Making his Golf Channel debut as guest analyst will be popular Swedish professional golfer and three-time European Ryder Cup team member Jesper Parnevik.

PREMIER LEAGUE

NBC Sports Group’s weekend Premier League coverage begins tomorrow at 6 a.m. ET on NBCSN with Barclays Preview League Preview, followed by Premier League Live at 7 a.m. ET. Live coverage of Saturday’s matches begins at 7:45 a.m. ET with Liverpool vs Everton on NBCSN. Coverage continues at 10 a.m. ET with Manchester United vs. West Ham on NBCSN, and the Chelsea vs. Aston Villa; Hull City vs. Manchester City; Southampton vs. Queens Park Rangers; Crystal Palace vs. Leicester City; and Sunderland vs. Swansea City matches on Premier League Extra Time. Tomorrow’s live coverage concludes with Arsenal vs. Tottenham at 12:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN, followed immediately by Premier League Goal Zone.

NBC Sports Group’s Premier League lead play-by-play announcer Arlo White will call Arsenal v. Tottenham, and will be joined by Lee Dixon at the Emirates.

Sunday’s coverage features Premier League Live at 10 a.m. ET followed by West Brom vs. Burnley at 11 a.m. ET on NBCSN, immediately followed by Premier League Goal Zone.

MLS

NBCSN’s coverage of Major League Soccer continues tonight at 8 p.m. ET when Sporting Kansas City hosts New England Revolution. The action continues Saturday at 3 p.m. ET when current Eastern Conference leaders DC United host 2014 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup runners-up Philadelphia Union.

Philadelphia Union’s lead play-by-play announcer JP Dellacamera calls the match from Sporting Park in Kansas City, Kan., joined by former MLS player Brian Dunseth and CSN Houston reporter Sebastian Salazar.

NBC Sports Group’s lead MLS play-by-play announcer John Strong calls DC United vs Philadelphia from RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C., joined by former U.S. Men’s National Team and MLS player Kyle Martino and host Russ Thaler.


HORSERACING

NBCSN presents live coverage of the “Breeders’ Cup Challenge Series: Win and You’re In” this Saturday at 5:30 p.m. ET from Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, Calif..

Saturday’s show will be hosted by Laffit Pincay III, who will be joined by analysts Jerry Bailey and Randy Moss, and reporters Carolyn Manno, Nick Luck and Jay Privman.


ACTION SPORTS

NBC’s coverage of the Red Bull Signature Series: Joyride begins Sunday at 3 p.m. ET.

Todd Harris, Sal Masekela, Kenan Harkin and Tina Dixon cover the action from the BMX competition in Whistler, Canada.

Coverage of the Red Bull Global Rallycross- Seattle begins Sunday at 4:30 p.m. ET on NBC.

NBC’s action sports team of Tes Sewell, Townsend Bell and Kristen Kenney call the motorsports race from Seattle.
