STAMFORD, Conn. - June 22, 2017 -NBC Sports Group kicks off coverage of the Team USA Summer Champions Series presented by Comcast today, Thursday, June 22, at 2:45 p.m. ET, with the USA Track and Field Outdoor Championships in Sacramento, Calif., streamed live on NBC Sports Gold’s “Track and Field Pass.” The series continues with coverage of the Phillips 66 USA Swimming National Championships in Indianapolis, Ind., next week across NBC, NBCSN and Universal HD, and concludes with the USA Diving National Championships in August in Columbus, Ohio on NBCSN.
“The Summer Champions Series presented by Comcast will continue to showcase America’s elite summer sport athletes – decorated Olympic champions and up-and-coming hopefuls alike – and give fans of Team USA the opportunity to follow the athlete journey all the way to the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020,” said Lisa Baird, USOC CMO.
