Calum Chambers recorded a goal and an assist in just over two minutes of play, as Arsenal bested Burnley 3-0 at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday.

Alexis Sanchez scored a brace for the Gunners, who now have 17 points on the season and will move into the Top Four for the time being.

Burnley remains last in the Premier League with just four points from 10 matches.

Arsenal almost turned their great possession into a goal when Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain slid a neat delivery in for Santi Cazorla, but the Spaniard fired wide of the goal.

Really, that was a microcosm of Arsenal’s first half against the tight-lipped Clarets. The Gunners may have controlled the ball for 75 percent of the half, but their finishing touch was nowhere to be found.

Burnley seemed to build up some resolve as their stubborn defense succeeded, their defenders making two big goalmouth stops in the 67th minute.

Yet Arsenal broke through in the 70th minute when Sanchez rose to head home a Calum Chambers cross, and the defender turned finisher just three minutes later after a scrum in the box.

With the 2-0 lead in hand, Arsene Wenger went for the kill in bringing on fresh legs with Theo Walcott and Lukas Podolski.

Sanchez finished things off with a neat little dribble inside the box in the first minute of stoppage time.
